Rescuing My Self

Yesterday, I made a very smart decision by moving into another room. Reason was very simple.
I couldn't breath there. OMG.... baunya itu loh can not tahan laaahh....
Ga tau apa yang dia makan, atau dia mandi pake sabun apa atau dia abis kecemplung dimana, pokonya tiap kali orang itu bergerak sedikitttttttttttt aja langsung baunya menguar kemana-mana.
Sapa lagi victim zeronya kalo gue yang malang....

Trus enggak tau dia itu merasa titisan supermodel atau gimana, yang jelas dia hobby banget taruh kedua tangannya bertopang diatas kepala!
Tambah kelenger lah gue...

Akhirnya setelah curhat, disaranin buat pindah.
Huah... sekarang pasokan oksigen gue kembali normal.

Hari Menggenaskan

Today I go to my office after spending 2 days lying on my precious bed from fever+cold+cough.
And apparently my sufferings are not enough, because today, I was forced to eat new food I never hear let alone eat before and oh God do I have a hard time finding words to describe it.

the first one is a bit hard, a bit salty and very very very very spicy food. pertama kali langsung kepikiran "what the hell is this?"
**mo muntah ga enak didepan yang ngasih ntar tersinggung gw repot**

and the last one is a bit sweet and very minty...and then after i told the owner of the food about the minty flavor, he said 'yeah yeah it is from camphor leaf, I think it's the same family with mint leaf'
okay i don't know whether CAMPHOR is the right word but I swear to you he sounded like 'KAMPER'. You know 'kamper' right? kabur barus gichu?
Apparently kamper is made from somekind of tree and he reassured me that it is not the same with Naphthalene aka KAPUR BARUS bulet2 itu after I told him in Indonesia we use KAMPER to be hanged inside the cupboard to prevent undesireable odor and insects.

Okay sir, how am I suppose to know all of the tree family? who do you think I am? dandelion?
and OMG I just ate 'kamper' oh la laaa.... NOOOOO........ so I use my sore throat as an excuse when he offering some more and he said 'You know what, actualy KAMPER is very good for sore throat"

Mati gue... diem seribu bahasa... memelas, merapal segala doa, berharap dikasihani dan dilepaskan dari tragedi ini....

Tiger Airways: Always 45 minutes late.

In this post I'm gonna write a review about the new airlines TIGER AIRWAYS.
This review is based on my personal experience with TIGER AIRWAYS on 4 & 6 April 2009.

Instead of writing a long narrated review, I'm gonna write the review in pro-cons format:

Pro:
1. Very-very affordable.
2. New airplanes and clean. Bright.
3. Got ferrero rocher (my choco fave) on my trip back to Indonesia.
4. The stewardess are helpful.
5. Very energetic and cheerfull pilot.

Cons:
1. Got delayed twice (from sin - jkt, and jkt - sin). The delay was around 45 mins, which I find it very inconsistent with one of their tips to the passengers. One of their tip is requesting the passenger to be on time so their can be on time. See image below:

2. Just landed airplane was used right away for the next flight. The passengers were literally waiting the plane to land, see the people coming out with their own eyes before boarding into the same plane.
3. Fill in the aftur (bensinnya pesawat bener ga sih nulisnya?) while some of the passengers are already inside the airplane.
4. Got unpleasant sound which I dont know how to describe it but I'm gonna try it anyway. The sound was like 'rrrrrrr rrrrrrrr rrrrr rrrngnngnrr' every time when the engine turn on and off. And yes the sound was loud and took quite some times before it was gone.
5. Located at Budget Terminal (Still in Changi but OMG so different with the other terminal see my other post about it)

Will I fly with Tiger again?

The answer might be yes and might be no. Depend on the budget.
But overall the airlines is quite okay for me. No scary and traumatic experience. I will recomend this airlines for those with limited budget and able to make some compromises. But I will definetely warn them about the unusual sound.

Singapore Budget Terminal: I DO NOT enjoy the difference

Budget Terminal **sigh**

Based on the name we (and by we I mean me, my mom and my fiance) already expected to make some compromises, but since the cheap ticket is very alluring plus the assumption that it is still a Singapore Airport how 'budgeted' the terminal could be??

1. The environment and atmosphere is so (and by so I mean HUGE) different with other terminal. No fancy lighting, no fancy store just a plain terminal.
2. Saw several flies at restaurant area (ihiks)
3. No enough chairs (only 5-10 chairs, I mean come on, mana muat massss?? emangnya pesawatnya pesawat pertama Wright bersodara??) in the boarding room.
4. No trunks (siapkan betis anda memanjat tangga ke pesawat)
5. Short distance to imigration and baggage claim. In the positive side: fast imigration process, while the downside is the imigration process is too fast so we have to wait for our baggages.

Well in their defense, they are still renovating. They put a lot of posters about changing from caterpilar into butterfly, which I don't and will never understand what is the beauty of it (read: butterfly, a should have been extinct animal)
Hopefully, once the renovation and development are finished, the terminal can live up to their motto "ENJOY THE DIFFERENCE" cause now, I DON'T ENJOY THE DIFFERENCE

Note: I flew with Tiger Airways. My review about it can be read here

PS: When I depart to Jakarta the imigration officer is very dedicated. He 'scanned' my face (with his eyes of course) and match it with the passport photo. And by scan, I mean he held my passport book with his left hand, put his right hand on top my of photo, covering my face start from my nose under and make sure I have the same eyes, then move his hand a bit lower, make sure whether I have the same nose, and so on and so on. He even make his finger moves likes 'drawing' my face on top of my passport photo. No wonder the queue behind me was as long as 'ULAR NAGA' hihihi :D

Prewedding Book

Finally, I got my pre-wed book. (walau sempet ddg keambil ga ya aduh takut ditinggal pesawat)
Hehehe...
In my opinion, the color is nice, eventhough a bit different with what displayed on my laptop screen.

PS: I designed some of the pages.. hehehe.

Read between the line: You can order your wedding book design from me with fantastic price aka terima pesanan design wedding book. Ayo ayo order ke gue! hahaha

Setiap hentakan langkah kecilku....

Once upon a time
I turned the TV on and switch the channel to KBS
The show was already starting halfway
It's about creative ways people found to save energy

The main focus was Japan
The land of creative peoples
One used black bottles as a solar panel to turn on the radio and water heater
The others used an electric mini car that only need to be charged and then you set to go
They even have a famous bridge cause it produces electricity
But what amazed me more
is when they reported that our steps can be converted into electric energy because the vibration sensor they put under

And now..
it seems I can't stop wondering
in an island where my shoes suffer the most (jalan trus...)
how many kwh can I produce
from every little step i take
